According to the QuestionPro site: brand touchpoints are any engagement or communication between a company and its customers.
The brand usually makes brand touchpoints for engaging customers and giving them the best brand experience they can have.
For this project, I had to design three additional touchpoints to reinforce my restaurant's brand.
I created a sticker, an Instagram post, and a gift card.
I chose these touchpoints because as my logo consists of a mascot, I thought it would look really good as a sticker, then the Instagram post seemed important to me because nowadays everyone is on social media; that's a great resource to make people know your brand. Finally, the gift card is the perfect gesture for someone who loves to eat, especially burgers.
