Branding a Restaurant | IM Week 1 - Project 1 (A)

For this course called Intro to Marketing and Self-Promotion, all the projects are focused on creating the brand identity of a restaurant.

Project 1 is all about the logo, but is divided into three parts: A, B, and C.

For this part, the assignment is:

• Throughout this course, you will be working on branding a restaurant. The cuisine should have a strong palette of unique flavors.
• Describe the restaurant: the food, the atmosphere, the dining experience, the anticipated audience, and anything that makes it unique.
• Think of the vision and mission of the restaurant. Try to envision the entire dining experience from a first-person point of view.
• The more thoroughly you can describe, and mentally experience the restaurant, the easier it will be to create a truly, memorable brand.
